Anyone know the numbers on this server? Here's what P99 uses. "Haste Caps Level Max total haste permitted 1-30 50% 31-50 74% 51-54 84% 55-59 94% 60 100%" I've got a lv10 with a runed bolster belt (31%) clocking at 10% on magelo, didnt find the info in takp wiki.
Another EQ mystery solved! I always heard something like it’s capped per level. Like 41% haste won’t be in full effect until level 41. Just one of those rumor mill things.
