Why are kobolds dogs?

    Kobolds are lizards.

    Mythologically speaking kobolds were described as nearly everything BUT dogs. In original D&D they were like goblins before quickly being made lizardy. Ever since then they have been lizards.

    Why are Everquest kobolds dogs?

    This is literally unplayable.
