Are there any UI's that work with the Al Kabor client, that look normal in 4K, and not so tiny that you can't read any of the text without a microscope?
You can set the in-game resolution to something with the same aspect ratio, like 1920x1080, and that's legible for me on a 30in screen. You can also use dgvoodoo to add nice features like anti aliasing too, which makes lower resolution rendering look much better.
I think solar has mentioned having a mod for 4k text size but that is something I'm remembering offhand
